Landfill plant Derde Merwede Haven in Dordrecht of the Netherlands was used MBR for the treatment of percolate water. The system reduces the waste load derived from rain and percolating water oozing from a dredging sludge depot by more than 80%. This project started from 2002, and the treatment capacity is 15 m3/hour.
